Tilawat • Quran 36:1–9 (9 Ayahs)

Roman Urdu / Transliteration: Yaa-Seeen. Wal-Qur'aanil-Hakeem. Innaka laminal-mursaleen. 'Alaa Siraatim-Mustaqeem. Tanzeelal-'Azeezir-Raheem. Litunzira qawmam-maa unzira aabaa'uhum fahum ghaafiloon. Laqad haqqal-qawlu 'alaa aksarihim fahum laa yu'minoon. Innaa ja'alnaa feee a'naaqihim aghlaalan fahiya ilal-azqaani fahum muqmahoon. Wa ja'alnaa mim-bayni aydeehim saddaw-wa min khalfihim saddan fa-aghshaynaahum fahum laa yubsiroon.
اردو ترجمہ: یٰسین۔ حکمت والے قرآن کی قسم۔ بے شک آپ رسولوں میں سے ہیں۔ سیدھے راستے پر ہیں۔ یہ غالب، نہایت رحم والے (اللہ) کا نازل کردہ ہے۔ تاکہ آپ ایسی قوم کو ڈرائیں جن کے باپ دادا کو نہیں ڈرایا گیا، سو وہ غافل ہیں۔ بے شک ان میں سے اکثر پر (عذاب کی) بات ثابت ہو چکی ہے پس وہ ایمان نہیں لائیں گے۔ بے شک ہم نے ان کی گردنوں میں طوق ڈال دیے ہیں جو ٹھوڑیوں تک ہیں، پس ان کے سر اوپر کو اٹھے ہوئے ہیں۔ اور ہم نے ان کے آگے ایک دیوار بنا دی اور ان کے پیچھے ایک دیوار بنا دی، پھر ہم نے انہیں ڈھانپ دیا تو وہ دیکھ نہیں سکتے۔
English Meaning: Ya-Sin. By the wise Qur'an. Indeed you, [O Muhammad], are from among the messengers, on a straight path. [This is] a revelation of the Exalted in Might, the Merciful, that you may warn a people whose forefathers were not warned, so they are unaware. Already the word has come into effect upon most of them, so they do not believe. Indeed, We have put shackles on their necks, and they are to their chins, so their heads are kept aloft. And We have put before them a barrier and behind them a barrier and covered them, so they do not see.

Roman Urdu / Transliteration: Tabaarakal-lazee biyadihil-mulku wa Huwa 'alaa kulli shay'in Qadeer. Allazee khalaqal-mawta wal-hayaata liyabluwakum ayyukum ahsanu 'amalaa; wa Huwal-'Azeezul-Ghafoor. Allazee khalaqa sab'a samaawaatin tibaaqaa; maa taraa fee khalqir-Rahmaani min tafaawutin farji'il-basara hal taraa min futoor. Summar-ji'il-basara karratayni yanqalib ilaykal-basaru khaasi'aw-wa huwa haseer. Wa laqad zayyannas-samaaa'ad-dunyaa bimasaabeeha wa ja'alnaahaa rujoomal-lish-shayaateeni wa a'tadnaa lahum 'azaabas-sa'eer.
اردو ترجمہ: بڑی برکت والا ہے وہ (اللہ) جس کے ہاتھ میں بادشاہی ہے اور وہ ہر چیز پر قادر ہے۔ جس نے موت اور زندگی کو پیدا کیا تاکہ تمہیں آزمائے کہ تم میں سے کون عمل کے لحاظ سے بہتر ہے، اور وہ غالب، بخشنے والا ہے۔ جس نے تہہ بہ تہہ سات آسمان بنائے، تم رحمٰن کی تخلیق میں کوئی بے ربطی نہیں دیکھو گے، ذرا نگاہ پھیر کر دیکھو کیا تمہیں کوئی شگاف نظر آتا ہے؟ پھر دوبارہ نگاہ دوڑاؤ، نگاہ تمہاری طرف تھک کر اور عاجز ہو کر لوٹ آئے گی۔ اور بے شک ہم نے دنیا کے آسمان کو چراغوں (ستاروں) سے آراستہ کیا اور انہیں شیطانوں کو مار بھگانے کا ذریعہ بنایا اور ہم نے ان کے لیے بھڑکتی آگ کا عذاب تیار کر رکھا ہے۔
English Meaning: Blessed is He in whose hand is dominion, and He is over all things competent—[He] who created death and life to test you [as to] which of you is best in deed—and He is the Exalted in Might, the Forgiving—[He] who created seven heavens in layers. You do not see in the creation of the Most Merciful any inconsistency. So return [your] vision to the sky, do you see any breaks? Then return [your] vision twice again. [Your] vision will return to you humbled while it is fatigued. And We have certainly beautified the nearest heaven with stars and have made [from] them what is thrown at the devils and have prepared for them the punishment of the Blaze.

Roman Urdu / Transliteration: Izaa waqa'atil-waaqi'ah. Laysa liwaq'atihaa kaazibah. Khaafidatur-raafi'ah. Izaa rujjatil-ardu rajjaa. Wa bussatil-jibaalu bassaa. Fakaanat habaaa'am-mumbassaa. Wa kuntum azwaajan salaasah. Fa-ashaabul-maymanati maaa ashaabul-maymanah. Wa ashaabul-mash'amati maaa ashaabul-mash'amah. Was-saabiqoonas-saabiqoon. Ulaaa'ikal-muqarraboon. Fee Jannaatin-Na'eem.
اردو ترجمہ: جب قیامت واقع ہو جائے گی۔ جس کے واقع ہونے میں کوئی جھوٹ نہیں۔ وہ (کچھ لوگوں کو) پست کرنے والی اور (کچھ کو) بلند کرنے والی ہے۔ جب زمین بری طرح ہلا دی جائے گی۔ اور پہاڑ ریزہ ریزہ کر دیے جائیں گے۔ پس وہ اڑتا ہوا غبار بن جائیں گے۔ اور تم تین گروہوں میں تقسیم ہو جاؤ گے۔ سو دائیں ہاتھ والے، دائیں ہاتھ والوں کا کیا کہنا! اور بائیں ہاتھ والے، بائیں ہاتھ والوں کا کیا حال ہوگا! اور سبقت لے جانے والے تو سبقت لے جانے والے ہی ہیں۔ یہی لوگ مقربین ہیں۔ نعمتوں کے باغات میں۔
English Meaning: When the Occurrence occurs, there is, at its occurrence, no denial. It will bring down [some] and raise up [others]. When the earth is shaken with convulsion and the mountains are broken down, crumbling and become dust dispersing, and you become [of] three kinds: Then the companions of the right—what are the companions of the right? And the companions of the left—what are the companions of the left? And the forerunners, the forerunners—those are the ones brought near [to Allah] in the Gardens of Pleasure.

Was-samaaa'a rafa'ahaa wa wada'al-meezaan. Allaa tatghaw fil-meezaan. Wa aqeemul-wazna bil-qisti wa laa tukhsirul-meezaan. Wal-arda wada'ahaa lil-anaam. Feehaa faakihatuw-wan-nakhlu zaatul-akmaam. Wal-habbu zul-'asfi war-rayhaan. Fabi-ayyi aalaaa'i Rabbikumaa tukazzibaan.
اردو ترجمہ: رحمٰن نے۔ قرآن سکھایا۔ انسان کو پیدا کیا۔ اسے بولنا (اور بیان کرنا) سکھایا۔ سورج اور چاند ایک مقررہ حساب سے چل رہے ہیں۔ اور بیلیں (یا ستارے) اور درخت سجدہ کر رہے ہیں۔ اور اسی نے آسمان کو بلند کیا اور ترازو (عدل) قائم کیا۔ تاکہ تم تولنے میں زیادتی نہ کرو۔ اور انصاف کے ساتھ ٹھیک تولو اور وزن میں کمی نہ کرو۔ اور اسی نے مخلوق کے لیے زمین بچھائی۔ اس میں میوے ہیں اور غلافوں والے کھجور کے درخت ہیں۔ اور بھوسے والا اناج اور خوشبودار پودے ہیں۔ پس (اے انسانو اور جنو!) تم اپنے رب کی کون کون سی نعمتوں کو جھٹلاؤ گے؟
English Meaning: The Most Merciful taught the Qur'an, created man, [and] taught him eloquence. The sun and the moon [move] by precise calculation, and the stars and trees prostrate. And the heaven He raised and imposed the balance that you not transgress within the balance. And establish weight in justice and do not make deficient the balance. And the earth He laid [out] for the creatures. Therein is fruit and palm trees having sheaths [of dates] and grain having husks and scented plants. So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?

اَلْحَمْدُ لِلّٰهِ الَّذِيْٓ اَنْزَلَ عَلٰى عَبْدِهِ الْكِتٰبَ وَلَمْ يَجْعَلْ لَّهٗ عِوَجًا قَيِّمًا لِّيُنْذِرَ بَأْسًا شَدِيْدًا مِّنْ لَّدُنْهُ وَيُبَشِّرَ الْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ الَّذِيْنَ يَعْمَلُوْنَ الصّٰلِحٰتِ اَنَّ لَهُمْ اَجْرًا حَسَنًا مَّاكِثِيْنَ فِيْهِ اَبَدًا وَّيُنْذِرَ الَّذِيْنَ قَالُوا اتَّخَذَ اللّٰهُ وَلَدًا مَّا لَهُمْ بِهٖ مِنْ عِلْمٍ وَّلَا لِاٰبَآئِهِمْ كَبُرَتْ كَلِمَةً تَخْرُجُ مِنْ اَفْوَاهِهِمْ اِنْ يَّقُوْلُوْنَ اِلَّا كَذِبًا فَلَعَلَّكَ بَاخِعٌ نَّفْسَكَ عَلٰٓى اٰثَارِهِمْ اِنْ لَّمْ يُؤْمِنُوْنَ بِهٰذَا الْحَدِيْثِ اَسَفًا اِنَّا جَعَلْنَا مَا عَلَى الْاَرْضِ زِيْنَةً لَّهَا لِنَبْلُوَهُمْ اَيُّهُمْ اَحْسَنُ عَمَلًا وَاِنَّا لَجَاعِلُوْنَ مَا عَلَيْهَا صَعِيْدًا جُرُزًا اَمْ حَسِبْتَ اَنَّ اَصْحٰبَ الْكَهْفِ وَالرَّقِيْمِ كَانُوْا مِنْ اٰيٰتِنَا عَجَبًا اِذْ اَوَى الْفِتْيَةُ اِلَى الْكَهْفِ فَقَالُوْا رَبَّنَآ اٰتِنَا مِنْ لَّدُنْكَ رَحْمَةً وَّهَيِّئْ لَنَا مِنْ اَمْرِنَا رَشَدًا

Roman Urdu / Transliteration: Alhamdu lillaahil-lazeee anzala 'alaa 'abdihil-Kitaaba wa lam yaj'al-lahoo 'iwajaa. Qayyimal-liyuzira ba'san shadeedam-mil-ladunhu wa yubashshiral-mu'mineenal-lazeena ya'maloonas-saalihaati anna lahum ajran hasanaa. Maakiseena feehi abadaa. Wa yunziral-lazeena qaalut-takhazal-laahu waladaa. Maa lahum bihee min 'ilmiw-wa laa li-aabaaa'ihim; kaburat kalimatan takhruju min afwaahihim in-yaqooloona illaa kazibaa. Fala'allaka baakhi'un-nafsaka 'alaaa aasaarihim il-lam yu'minoo bihaazal-hadeesi asafaa. Innaa ja'alnaa maa 'alal-ardi zeenatal-lahaa linabluwahum ayyuhum ahsanu 'amalaa. Wa innaa lajaa'iloona maa 'alayhaa sa'eedan juruzaa. Am hasibta anna Ashaabal-Kahfi war-Raqeemi kaanoo min Aayaatinaa 'ajabaa. Iz awal-fityatu ilal-Kahfi faqaaloo Rabbanaaa aatinaa mil-ladunka rahmataw-wa hayyi' lanaa min amrinaa rashadaa.
اردو ترجمہ: تمام تعریفیں اللہ کے لیے ہیں جس نے اپنے بندے پر یہ کتاب نازل فرمائی اور اس میں کوئی ٹیڑھ نہیں رکھی۔ (اسے) سیدھا اور مضبوط بنایا تاکہ وہ اس کی طرف سے سخت عذاب سے ڈرائے اور ان ایمان والوں کو خوشخبری دے جو نیک عمل کرتے ہیں کہ ان کے لیے بہترین اجر ہے۔ جس میں وہ ہمیشہ رہیں گے۔ اور ان لوگوں کو ڈرائے جو کہتے ہیں کہ اللہ نے اولاد بنا رکھی ہے۔ اس بات کا نہ انہیں کوئی علم ہے اور نہ ان کے باپ دادا کو تھا، کتنا بڑا بول ہے جو ان کے منہ سے نکلتا ہے، وہ محض جھوٹ کہتے ہیں۔ تو کیا آپ ان کے پیچھے اس غم میں اپنی جان ہلاک کر لیں گے کہ وہ اس کلام پر ایمان نہیں لاتے؟ بے شک روئے زمین پر جو کچھ ہے ہم نے اسے زمین کی زینت بنایا ہے تاکہ ہم انہیں آزمائیں کہ ان میں سے کون بہترین عمل کرنے والا ہے۔ اور بے شک جو کچھ اس پر ہے ہم اسے ایک دن چٹیل میدان بنا دینے والے ہیں۔ کیا آپ نے سمجھا کہ غار اور کتبے والے ہماری نشانیوں میں سے کوئی بہت ہی عجیب نشانی تھے؟ جب ان نوجوانوں نے غار میں پناہ لی تو دعا کی: اے ہمارے رب! ہمیں اپنے پاس سے رحمت عطا فرما اور ہمارے کام میں ہمارے لیے بھلائی اور راہ نمائی کا سامان مہیا فرما۔
English Meaning: [All] praise is [due] to Allah, who has sent down upon His Servant the Book and has not made therein any deviance. [He has made it] straight, to warn of severe punishment from Him and to give good tidings to the believers who do righteous deeds that they will have a good reward in which they will remain forever, and to warn those who say, "Allah has taken a son." They have no knowledge of it, nor had their fathers. Grave is the word that comes out of their mouths; they speak not except a lie. Then perhaps you would kill yourself through grief over their footsteps, [O Muhammad], if they do not believe in this message, [and] out of sorrow. Indeed, We have made that which is on the earth adornment for it that We may test them [as to] which of them is best in deed. And indeed, We will make that which is upon it [into] a barren ground. Or have you thought that the companions of the cave and the inscription were, among Our signs, a wonder? [Mention] when the youths retreated to the cave and said, "Our Lord, grant us from Yourself mercy and prepare for us from our affair right guidance."

يٰٓاَيُّهَا الْمُزَّمِّلُ قُمِ الَّيْلَ اِلَّا قَلِيْلًا نِّصْفَهٗٓ اَوِ انْقُصْ مِنْهُ قَلِيْلًا اَوْ زِدْ عَلَيْهِ وَرَتِّلِ الْقُرْاٰنَ تَرْتِيْلًا اِنَّا سَنُلْقِيْ عَلَيْكَ قَوْلًا ثَقِيْلًا اِنَّ نَاشِئَةَ الَّيْلِ هِيَ اَشَدُّ وَطْـًٔا وَّاَقْوَمُ قِيْلًا اِنَّ لَكَ فِي النَّهَارِ سَبْحًا طَوِيْلًا وَاذْكُرِ اسْمَ رَبِّكَ وَتَبَتَّلْ اِلَيْهِ تَبْتِيْلًا رَبُّ الْمَشْرِقِ وَالْمَغْرِبِ لَآ اِلٰهَ اِلَّا هُوَ فَاتَّخِذْهُ وَكِيْلًا

Innaa sanulqee 'alayka qawlan saqeelaa. Inna naashi'atal-layli hiya ashaddu wat'aw-wa aqwamu qeelaa. Inna laka fin-nahaari sabhan taweelaa. Wazkurisma Rabbika wa tabattal ilayhi tabteelaa. Rabbul-mashriqi wal-maghribi laaa ilaaha illaa Huwa fattakhizhu wakeelaa.
اردو ترجمہ: اے چادر اوڑھنے والے (نبی ﷺ)! رات کو قیام کیجئے مگر تھوڑا سا حصہ۔ آدھی رات یا اس سے کچھ کم کر لیجئے۔ یا اس پر کچھ بڑھا دیجئے اور قرآن کو ٹھہر ٹھہر کر صاف پڑھیے۔ بے شک ہم عنقریب آپ پر ایک بھاری کلام نازل کرنے والے ہیں۔ بے شک رات کا اٹھنا نفس کو کچلنے کے لیے بہت مؤثر ہے اور زبان سے بات بھی زیادہ درست نکلتی ہے۔ بے شک دن میں تو آپ کے لیے بہت مصروفیات ہوتی ہیں۔ اور اپنے رب کے نام کا ذکر کیجئے اور سب سے ٹوٹ کر اسی کے ہو جائیے۔ وہی مشرق اور مغرب کا رب ہے، اس کے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں، پس اسی کو اپنا کارساز (وکیل) بنا لیجئے۔
English Meaning: O you who wraps himself [in clothing], arise [to pray] the night, except for a little—half of it—or subtract from it a little or add to it, and recite the Qur'an with measured recitation. Indeed, We will cast upon you a heavy word. Indeed, the hours of the night are more effective for concurrence [of heart and tongue] and more suitable for words. Indeed, for you by day is prolonged occupation. And remember the name of your Lord and devote yourself to Him with [complete] devotion. [He is] the Lord of the East and the West; there is no deity except Him, so take Him as Disposer of [your] affairs.

Surah Al-Kawthar (Complete Surah — Quran 108:1–3)

اردو ترجمہ: بے شک ہم نے آپ کو کوثر (خیرِ کثیر اور حوضِ کوثر) عطا فرمایا۔ پس آپ اپنے رب کے لیے نماز پڑھیے اور قربانی کیجئے۔ بے شک آپ کا دشمن ہی جڑ کٹا (بے نام و نشان) ہے۔
English Meaning: Indeed, We have granted you, [O Muhammad], al-Kawthar (abundance and the River in Paradise). So pray to your Lord and sacrifice [to Him alone]. Indeed, your enemy is the one cut off.

📌 8. Clear Victory, Forgiveness & Beloved to the Prophet ﷺ
Surah Al-Fath (Opening Verses — Quran 48:1–5)
سورۃ الفتح — کامیابی، بخشش اور دل کے سکون کی سورت✨ تلاوت اور فضیلت: صحیح بخاری (4172) میں ہے کہ جب سورۃ الفتح نازل ہوئی تو نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا: "آج رات مجھ پر ایسی سورت نازل ہوئی ہے جو مجھے دنیا اور جو کچھ اس پر سورج چمکتا ہے سب سے زیادہ محبوب ہے۔" مکمل گائیڈ کے لیے کلک کریں۔
اِنَّا فَتَحْنَا لَكَ فَتْحًا مُّبِيْنًا لِّيَغْفِرَ لَكَ اللّٰهُ مَا تَقَدَّمَ مِنْ ذَنْبِكَ وَمَا تَاَخَّرَ وَيُتِمَّ نِعْمَتَهٗ عَلَيْكَ وَيَهْدِيَكَ صِرَاطًا مُّسْتَقِيْمًا وَّيَنْصُرَكَ اللّٰهُ نَصْرًا عَزِيْزًا هُوَ الَّذِيْٓ اَنْزَلَ السَّكِيْنَةَ فِيْ قُلُوْبِ الْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ لِيَزْدَادُوْٓا اِيْمَانًا مَّعَ اِيْمَانِهِمْ وَلِلّٰهِ جُنُوْدُ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضِ وَكَانَ اللّٰهُ عَلِيْمًا حَكِيْمًا

Wa yansurakal-laahu nasran 'azeezaa. Huwal-lazeee anzalas-sakeenata fee quloobil-mu'mineena liyazdaadooo eemaanam-ma'a eemaanihim; wa lillaahi junoodus-samaawaati wal-ard; wa kaanal-laahu 'Aleeman Hakeemaa.
اردو ترجمہ: (اے نبی ﷺ!) بے شک ہم نے آپ کو ایک کھلی ہوئی فتح عطا فرمائی۔ تاکہ اللہ آپ کے اگلے اور پچھلے سب قصور معاف فرما دے اور آپ پر اپنی نعمت تمام کر دے اور آپ کو سیدھے راستے پر چلائے۔ اور اللہ آپ کو زبردست نصرت عطا فرمائے۔ وہی ہے جس نے مومنوں کے دلوں میں سکینت (اطمینان) نازل فرمائی تاکہ ان کے ایمان کے ساتھ ان کا ایمان اور بڑھ جائے، اور آسمانوں اور زمین کے سب لشکر اللہ ہی کے ہیں، اور اللہ خوب جاننے والا، حکمت والا ہے۔
English Meaning: Indeed, We have given you, [O Muhammad], a clear conquest that Allah may forgive for you what preceded of your sin and what will follow and complete His favor upon you and guide you to a straight path and [that] Allah may aid you with a mighty victory. It is He who sent down tranquility into the hearts of the believers that they would increase in faith along with their [present] faith. And to Allah belong the soldiers of the heavens and the earth, and ever is Allah Knowing and Wise.

Tilawat • Quran 19:1–6 (6 Ayahs)

Roman Urdu / Transliteration: Kaaaf-Haa-Yaa-'Ayyyn-Saaad. Zikru rahmati Rabbika 'abdahooo Zakariyyaa. Iz naadaa Rabbahoo nidaaa'an khafiyyaa. Qaala Rabbi innee wahanal-'azmu minnee washta'alar-ra'su shaybaw-wa lam akum-bidu'aaa'ika Rabbi shaqiyyaa. Wa innee khiftul-mawaaliya miw-waraaa'ee wa kaanatim-ra'atee 'aaqiran fahab lee mil-ladunka waliyyaa. Yarisunee wa yarisu min aali Ya'qooba waj'alhu Rabbi radiyyaa.
اردو ترجمہ: کٰہٰیٰعٰصٓ۔ یہ آپ کے رب کی اس رحمت کا ذکر ہے جو اس نے اپنے بندے زکریا پر فرمائی۔ جب انہوں نے اپنے رب کو چپکے چپکے پکارا۔ عرض کیا: اے میرے رب! بے شک میری ہڈیاں کمزور ہو گئیں اور بڑھاپے سے سر سفید ہو کر چمکنے لگا، اور اے میرے رب! میں تجھ سے دعا مانگ کر کبھی محروم نہیں رہا۔ اور بے شک میں اپنے بعد اپنے رشتہ داروں سے ڈرتا ہوں اور میری بیوی بانجھ ہے، پس تو مجھے خاص اپنے پاس سے ایک وارث (فرزند) عطا فرما۔ جو میرا بھی وارث ہو اور آلِ یعقوب کا بھی وارث بنے، اور اے میرے رب! اسے پسندیدہ (نیک بخت) بنا۔
English Meaning: Kaf, Ha, Ya, 'Ayn, Sad. [This is] a recital of the mercy of your Lord to His servant Zechariah when he called to his Lord a private call [saying], "My Lord, indeed my bones have weakened, and my head has filled with white, and never have I been in my supplication to You, my Lord, unhappy. And indeed, I fear the successors after me, and my wife has been barren, so give me from Yourself an heir who will inherit me and inherit from the family of Jacob. And make him, my Lord, pleasing [to You]."

Tilawat • Quran 12:86

Roman Urdu / Transliteration: Qaala innamaaa ashkoo bassee wa huzneee ilal-laahi wa a'lamu minal-laahi maa laa ta'lamoon. Rabbi qad aataytanee minal-mulki wa 'allamtanee min ta'weelil-ahaadees; Faatiras-samaawaati wal-ardi Anta waliyyee fid-dunyaa wal-Aakhirati tawaffanee muslimaw-wa alhiqnee bis-saaliheen.
اردو ترجمہ: (یعقوب علیہ السلام نے) فرمایا: میں تو اپنی بے قراری اور اپنے غم کی فریاد صرف اللہ ہی سے کرتا ہوں اور میں اللہ کی طرف سے وہ باتیں جانتا ہوں جو تم نہیں جانتے۔ (یوسف علیہ السلام کی دعا:) اے میرے رب! تو نے مجھے حکومت کا ایک حصہ عطا فرمایا اور مجھے خوابوں کی تعبیر کا علم سکھایا۔ اے آسمانوں اور زمین کے پیدا کرنے والے! دنیا اور آخرت میں تو ہی میرا کارساز ہے، مجھے اسلام کی حالت میں وفات دے اور مجھے نیک لوگوں کے ساتھ ملا دے۔
English Meaning: He [Jacob] said, "I only complain of my suffering and my grief to Allah, and I know from Allah that which you do not know." [And Joseph prayed:] "My Lord, You have given me [something] of sovereignty and taught me of the interpretation of dreams. Creator of the heavens and earth, You are my protector in this world and in the Hereafter. Cause me to die a Muslim and join me with the righteous."

اردو ترجمہ: چاشت کے وقت (چمکتے دن) کی قسم۔ اور رات کی قسم جب وہ چھا جائے۔ آپ کے رب نے نہ آپ کو چھوڑا ہے اور نہ وہ ناراض ہوا ہے۔ اور یقیناً ہر بعد کی گھڑی آپ کے لیے پہلی سے بہتر ہے۔ اور عنقریب آپ کا رب آپ کو اتنا عطا فرمائے گا کہ آپ راضی ہو جائیں گے۔ کیا اس نے آپ کو یتیم نہیں پایا پھر ٹھکانا دیا؟ اور آپ کو راہ کا متلاشی پایا تو راستہ دکھایا۔ اور آپ کو نادار پایا تو غنی کر دیا۔ پس یتیم پر سختی نہ کیجئے۔ اور سوال کرنے والے کو نہ جھڑکیے۔ اور اپنے رب کی نعمت کا خوب چرچا کیجئے۔
English Meaning: By the morning brightness and [by] the night when it covers with darkness, your Lord has not taken leave of you, [O Muhammad], nor has He detested [you]. And the Hereafter is better for you than the first [life]. And your Lord is going to give you, and you will be satisfied. Did He not find you an orphan and give [you] refuge? And He found you lost and guided [you], and He found you poor and made [you] self-sufficient. So as for the orphan, do not oppress [him]. And as for the petitioner, do not repel [him]. But as for the favor of your Lord, report [it].

اردو ترجمہ: اللہ کے نام سے جو بے حد مہربان، نہایت رحم والا ہے۔ تمام تعریفیں اللہ ہی کے لیے ہیں جو تمام جہانوں کا پالنے والا ہے۔ بڑا مہربان، نہایت رحم فرمانے والا ہے۔ روزِ جزا کا مالک ہے۔ (اے اللہ!) ہم تیری ہی عبادت کرتے ہیں اور تجھ ہی سے مدد مانگتے ہیں۔ ہمیں سیدھے راستے پر چلا۔ ان لوگوں کے راستے پر جن پر تو نے انعام فرمایا، نہ کہ ان کے جن پر غضب کیا گیا اور نہ گمراہوں کے۔
English Meaning: In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful. [All] praise is [due] to Allah, Lord of the worlds—The Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful, Sovereign of the Day of Recompense. It is You we worship and You we ask for help. Guide us to the straight path—the path of those upon whom You have bestowed favor, not of those who have evoked [Your] anger or of those who are astray.
