Surah Ad-Duha (The Morning Brightness — Chapter 93, 11 verses) and its twin chapter Surah Ash-Sharh / Al-Inshirah (The Relief — Chapter 94, 8 verses) are the ultimate Qur'anic remedy for sadness, emotional exhaustion, anxiety, and feeling forgotten. Revealed when revelation paused briefly and Prophet Muhammad ﷺ felt distressed, Allah swore by the radiant morning light: "Your Lord has not forsaken you, nor is He displeased with you. And surely what is to come is better for you than what has gone before" (93:3–4), followed by the double promise: "Indeed, with hardship comes ease; indeed, with hardship comes ease" (94:5–6).

Authentic Hadith in Sahih al-Bukhari & Sahih Muslim on Surah Ad-Duha
Jundub ibn Sufyan al-Bajali (RA) reported in Sahih al-Bukhari (4950) and Sahih Muslim (1797): "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ became unwell and could not stand in night prayer for two or three nights. A woman came and said, 'O Muhammad, I hope your devil has left you, for I have not seen him near you for two or three nights!' Thereupon Allah Almighty revealed: Wad-Duha. Wal-layli idha saja. Ma wadda'aka Rabbuka wa ma qala (By the morning brightness, and by the night when it is still—your Lord has not forsaken you, nor does He hate you)."
"One Hardship Never Defeats Two Eases" (Surah Ash-Sharh 94:5–6)
In Muwatta Imam Malik and Tafsir Ibn Kathir, when "Fa-inna ma'al-'usri yusra, inna ma'al-'usri yusra" was revealed, the Prophet ﷺ and his Companions rejoiced: "Lan yaghliba 'usrun yusrayn!" (One hardship will never overcome two eases!)—because in Arabic grammar, "al-'usr" (the hardship) is definite and singular, whereas "yusran" (an ease) is indefinite and repeated twice.
