✨ تلاوت اور فضیلت: سابقون وہ خوش نصیب ہیں جو دنیا میں نیکی، نماز، صدقہ اور توبہ میں سب سے آگے بڑھتے تھے، اس لیے آخرت میں بھی اللہ کے مقرب ترین بندے ہوں گے۔
اِذَا وَقَعَتِ الْوَاقِعَةُ لَيْسَ لِوَقْعَتِهَا كَاذِبَةٌ خَافِضَةٌ رَّافِعَةٌ اِذَا رُجَّتِ الْاَرْضُ رَجًّا وَّبُسَّتِ الْجِبَالُ بَسًّا فَكَانَتْ هَبَآءً مُّنْبَثًّا وَّكُنْتُمْ اَزْوَاجًا ثَلٰثَةً فَاَصْحٰبُ الْمَيْمَنَةِ مَآ اَصْحٰبُ الْمَيْمَنَةِ وَاَصْحٰبُ الْمَشْـَٔمَةِ مَآ اَصْحٰبُ الْمَشْـَٔمَةِ وَالسّٰبِقُوْنَ السّٰبِقُوْنَ اُولٰٓئِكَ الْمُقَرَّبُوْنَ فِيْ جَنّٰتِ النَّعِيْمِ ثُلَّةٌ مِّنَ الْاَوَّلِيْنَ وَقَلِيْلٌ مِّنَ الْاٰخِرِيْنَ عَلٰى سُرُرٍ مَّوْضُوْنَةٍ مُّتَّكِـِٔيْنَ عَلَيْهَا مُتَقٰبِلِيْنَ

Roman Urdu / Transliteration: Izaa waqa'atil-waaqi'ah. Laysa liwaq'atihaa kaazibah. Khaafidatur-raafi'ah. Izaa rujjatil-ardu rajjaa. Wa bussatil-jibaalu bassaa. Fakaanat habaaa'am-mumbassaa. Wa kuntum azwaajan salaasah. Fa-ashaabul-maymanati maaa ashaabul-maymanah. Wa ashaabul-mash'amati maaa ashaabul-mash'amah. Was-saabiqoonas-saabiqoon. Ulaaa'ikal-muqarraboon. Fee Jannaatin-Na'eem. Sullatum-minal-awwaleen. Wa qaleelum-minal-aakhireen. 'Alaa sururim-mawdoonah. Muttaki'eena 'alayhaa mutaqaabileen.
اردو ترجمہ: جب قیامت واقع ہو جائے گی۔ جس کے واقع ہونے میں کوئی جھوٹ نہیں۔ وہ (کچھ لوگوں کو) پست کرنے والی اور (کچھ کو) بلند کرنے والی ہے۔ جب زمین بری طرح ہلا دی جائے گی۔ اور پہاڑ ریزہ ریزہ کر دیے جائیں گے۔ پس وہ اڑتا ہوا غبار بن جائیں گے۔ اور تم تین گروہوں میں تقسیم ہو جاؤ گے۔ سو دائیں ہاتھ والے، دائیں ہاتھ والوں کا کیا کہنا! اور بائیں ہاتھ والے، بائیں ہاتھ والوں کا کیا حال ہوگا! اور سبقت لے جانے والے تو سبقت لے جانے والے ہی ہیں۔ یہی لوگ مقربین ہیں۔ نعمتوں کے باغات میں۔ ان میں ایک بڑی جماعت اگلوں میں سے ہوگی۔ اور تھوڑے سے پچھلوں میں سے ہوں گے۔ سونے کے تاروں سے بنے ہوئے تختوں پر۔ ان پر تکیہ لگائے آمنے سامنے بیٹھے ہوں گے۔
English Meaning: When the Occurrence occurs, there is, at its occurrence, no denial. It will bring down [some] and raise up [others]. When the earth is shaken with convulsion and the mountains are broken down, crumbling and become dust dispersing, and you become [of] three kinds: Then the companions of the right—what are the companions of the right? And the companions of the left—what are the companions of the left? And the forerunners, the forerunners—those are the ones brought near [to Allah] in the Gardens of Pleasure, a [large] company of the former peoples and a few of the later peoples, on thrones woven [with ornament], reclining on them, facing each other.
✨ تلاوت اور فضیلت: بخاری و مسلم کی حدیث کے مطابق جنت میں ایک ایسا درخت ہے جس کے سائے میں تیز رفتار سوار سو سال تک چلتا رہے تب بھی وہ سایہ ختم نہ ہو ("وَظِلٍّ مَّمْدُوْدٍ")۔
وَاَصْحٰبُ الْيَمِيْنِ مَآ اَصْحٰبُ الْيَمِيْنِ فِيْ سِدْرٍ مَّخْضُوْدٍ وَّطَلْحٍ مَّنْضُوْدٍ وَّظِلٍّ مَّمْدُوْدٍ وَّمَآءٍ مَّسْكُوْبٍ وَّفَاكِهَةٍ كَثِيْرَةٍ لَّا مَقْطُوْعَةٍ وَّلَا مَمْنُوْعَةٍ وَّفُرُشٍ مَّرْفُوْعَةٍ اِنَّآ اَنْشَأْنٰهُنَّ اِنْشَآءً فَجَعَلْنٰهُنَّ اَبْكَارًا عُرُبًا اَتْرَابًا لِّاَصْحٰبِ الْيَمِيْنِ

Roman Urdu / Transliteration: Wa ashaabul-yameeni maaa ashaabul-yameen. Fee sidrim-makhdood. Wa talhim-mandood. Wa zillim-mamdood. Wa maaa'im-maskoob. Wa faakihatin kaseerah. Laa maqtoo'atiw-wa laa mamnoo'ah. Wa furushim-marfoo'ah. Innaaa ansha'naahunna inshaaa'aa. Faja'alnaahunna abkaaraa. 'Uruban atraabaa. Li-ashaabil-yameen.
اردو ترجمہ: اور دائیں ہاتھ والے، دائیں ہاتھ والوں کا کیا کہنا! وہ بے کانٹوں کی بیریوں میں ہوں گے۔ اور تہہ بہ تہہ کیلوں کے خوشوں میں۔ اور لمبے پھیلے ہوئے سائے میں۔ اور بہتے ہوئے پانی میں۔ اور بکثرت میووں میں۔ جو نہ کبھی ختم ہوں گے اور نہ ان سے کوئی روک ٹوک ہوگی۔ اور اونچے بچھونوں میں۔ بے شک ہم نے ان (جنت کی عورتوں) کو ایک نئی شان سے پیدا کیا۔ پس ہم نے انہیں کنواریاں بنایا۔ اپنے شوہروں سے محبت کرنے والیاں اور ہم عمر۔ دائیں ہاتھ والوں کے لیے۔
English Meaning: The companions of the right—what are the companions of the right? [They will be] among lote trees with thorns removed and [banana] trees layered [with fruit] and shade extended and water poured out and fruit, abundant [and] varied, neither limited [to season] nor forbidden, and [upon] beds raised high. Indeed, We have produced the women of Paradise in a [new] creation and made them virgins, devoted [to their husbands] and of equal age, for the companions of the right.
✨ تلاوت اور فضیلت: یہ آیات سورۃ الواقعہ کا مغز ہیں: انسان صرف بیج ڈال سکتا ہے، لیکن اسے اگانے والا، بادلوں سے میٹھا پانی برسانے والا اور رزق دینے والا صرف اللہ ہے۔
نَحْنُ خَلَقْنٰكُمْ فَلَوْلَا تُصَدِّقُوْنَ اَفَرَءَيْتُمْ مَّا تُمْنُوْنَ ءَاَنْتُمْ تَخْلُقُوْنَهٗٓ اَمْ نَحْنُ الْخٰلِقُوْنَ نَحْنُ قَدَّرْنَا بَيْنَكُمُ الْمَوْتَ وَمَا نَحْنُ بِمَسْبُوْقِيْنَ عَلٰٓى اَنْ نُّبَدِّلَ اَمْثَالَكُمْ وَنُنْشِئَكُمْ فِيْ مَا لَا تَعْلَمُوْنَ وَلَقَدْ عَلِمْتُمُ النَّشْاَةَ الْاُوْلٰى فَلَوْلَا تَذَكَّرُوْنَ اَفَرَءَيْتُمْ مَّا تَحْرُثُوْنَ ءَاَنْتُمْ تَزْرَعُوْنَهٗٓ اَمْ نَحْنُ الزّٰرِعُوْنَ لَوْ نَشَآءُ لَجَعَلْنٰهُ حُطَامًا فَظَلْتُمْ تَفَكَّهُوْنَ اِنَّا لَمُغْرَمُوْنَ بَلْ نَحْنُ مَحْرُوْمُوْنَ اَفَرَءَيْتُمُ الْمَآءَ الَّذِيْ تَشْرَبُوْنَ ءَاَنْتُمْ اَنْزَلْتُمُوْهُ مِنَ الْمُزْنِ اَمْ نَحْنُ الْمُنْزِلُوْنَ لَوْ نَشَآءُ جَعَلْنٰهُ اُجَاجًا فَلَوْلَا تَشْكُرُوْنَ اَفَرَءَيْتُمُ النَّارَ الَّتِيْ تُوْرُوْنَ ءَاَنْتُمْ اَنْشَأْتُمْ شَجَرَتَهَآ اَمْ نَحْنُ الْمُنْشِـُٔوْنَ

Roman Urdu / Transliteration: Nahnu khalaqnaakum falawlaa tusaddiqoon. Afara'aytum maa tumnoon. A-antum takhluqoonahooo am Nahnul-khaaliqoon. Nahnu qaddarnaa baynakumul-mawta wa maa Nahnu bimasbooqeen. 'Alaaa an-nubaddila amsaalakum wa nunshi'akum fee maa laa ta'lamoon. Wa laqad 'alimtumun-nash'atal-oolaa falawlaa tazakkaroon. Afara'aytum maa tahrusoon. A-antum tazra'oonahooo am Nahnuz-zaari'oon. Law nashaaa'u laja'alnaahu hutaaman fazaltum tafakkahoon. Innaa lamughramoon. Bal nahnu mahroomoon. Afara'aytumul-maaa'al-lazee tashraboon. A-antum anzaltumoohu minal-muzni am Nahnul-munziloon. Law nashaaa'u ja'alnaahu ujaajan falawlaa tashkuroon. Afara'aytumun-naaral-latee tooroon. A-antum ansha'tum shajaratahaaa am Nahnul-munshi'oon.
اردو ترجمہ: ہم ہی نے تمہیں پیدا کیا ہے تو پھر تم تصدیق کیوں نہیں کرتے؟ بھلا دیکھو تو وہ نطفہ جو تم ٹپکاتے ہو۔ کیا تم اس سے (انسان) بناتے ہو یا ہم ہی بنانے والے ہیں؟ ہم ہی نے تمہارے درمیان موت مقرر کی ہے اور ہم اس سے عاجز نہیں ہیں۔ کہ تمہاری جگہ تم جیسے اور لوگ لے آئیں اور تمہیں ایک ایسی صورت میں پیدا کر دیں جسے تم نہیں جانتے۔ اور پہلی پیدائش کو تو تم جان ہی چکے ہو، پھر تم نصیحت کیوں نہیں حاصل کرتے؟ بھلا دیکھو تو جو کچھ تم بوتے ہو۔ کیا تم اسے اگاتے ہو یا ہم ہی اگانے والے ہیں؟ اگر ہم چاہیں تو اسے ریزہ ریزہ (سوکھا بھوسا) بنا دیں پھر تم حیران ہو کر باتیں بناتے رہ جاؤ۔ کہ بے شک ہم پر تو تاوان پڑ گیا۔ بلکہ ہم تو بالکل محروم ہی رہ گئے۔ بھلا دیکھو تو وہ پانی جو تم پیتے ہو۔ کیا تم نے اسے بادل سے اتارا ہے یا ہم ہی اتارنے والے ہیں؟ اگر ہم چاہیں تو اسے کڑوا کھاری بنا دیں، تو پھر تم شکر کیوں ادا نہیں کرتے؟ بھلا دیکھو تو وہ آگ جو تم سلگاتے ہو۔ کیا تم نے اس کا درخت پیدا کیا ہے یا ہم ہی پیدا کرنے والے ہیں؟
English Meaning: We have created you, so why do you not believe? Have you seen that which you emit? Is it you who creates it, or are We the Creator? We have decreed death among you, and We are not to be outdone in that We will change your likenesses and produce you in that [form] which you do not know. And you have already known the first creation, so will you not remember? And have you seen that [seed] which you sow? Is it you who makes it grow, or are We the grower? If We willed, We could make it [dry] debris, and you would remain in wonder, [saying], "Indeed, we are [now] in debt; rather, we have been deprived." And have you seen the water that you drink? Is it you who brought it down from the clouds, or is it We who bring it down? If We willed, We could make it bitter, so why are you not grateful? And have you seen the fire that you ignite? Is it you who produced its tree, or are We the producer?
✨ تلاوت اور فضیلت: سورۃ الواقعہ کا اختتام "فَسَبِّحْ بِاسْمِ رَبِّكَ الْعَظِيْمِ" پر ہوتا ہے، جس کے جواب میں نبی کریم ﷺ نے "سُبْحَانَ رَبِّيَ الْعَظِيمِ" پڑھنے کی تعلیم دی (سنن ابی داؤد ۸۶۹)۔
فَلَآ اُقْسِمُ بِمَوٰقِعِ النُّجُوْمِ وَاِنَّهٗ لَقَسَمٌ لَّوْ تَعْلَمُوْنَ عَظِيْمٌ اِنَّهٗ لَقُرْاٰنٌ كَرِيْمٌ فِيْ كِتٰبٍ مَّكْنُوْنٍ لَّا يَمَسُّهٗٓ اِلَّا الْمُطَهَّرُوْنَ تَنْزِيْلٌ مِّنْ رَّبِّ الْعٰلَمِيْنَ فَاَمَّآ اِنْ كَانَ مِنَ الْمُقَرَّبِيْنَ فَرَوْحٌ وَّرَيْحَانٌ وَّجَنَّتُ نَعِيْمٍ وَاَمَّآ اِنْ كَانَ مِنْ اَصْحٰبِ الْيَمِيْنِ فَسَلٰمٌ لَّكَ مِنْ اَصْحٰبِ الْيَمِيْنِ وَاَمَّآ اِنْ كَانَ مِنَ الْمُكَذِّبِيْنَ الضَّآلِّيْنَ فَنُزُلٌ مِّنْ حَمِيْمٍ وَّتَصْلِيَةُ جَحِيْمٍ اِنَّ هٰذَا لَهُوَ حَقُّ الْيَقِيْنِ فَسَبِّحْ بِاسْمِ رَبِّكَ الْعَظِيْمِ

Roman Urdu / Transliteration: Falaaa uqsimu bimawaaqi'in-nujoom. Wa innahoo laqasamul-law ta'lamoona 'azeem. Innahoo la-Qur'aanun Kareem. Fee Kitaabim-maknoon. Laa yamassuhooo illal-mutahharoon. Tanzeelum-mir-Rabbil-'aalameen. Fa-ammaaa in kaana minal-muqarrabeen. Farawhuw-wa rayhaanuw-wa Jannatu Na'eem. Wa ammaaa in kaana min ashaabil-yameen. Fasalaamul-laka min ashaabil-yameen. Wa ammaaa in kaana minal-mukazzibeenad-daaalleen. Fanuzulum-min hameem. Wa tasliyatu Jaheem. Inna haazaa lahuwa haqqul-yaqeen. Fasabbih bismi Rabbikal-'Azeem.
اردو ترجمہ: پس میں ستاروں کے ڈوبنے کے مواقع کی قسم کھاتا ہوں۔ اور اگر تم جانو تو یہ بہت بڑی قسم ہے۔ بے شک یہ عزت والا قرآن ہے۔ جو ایک محفوظ کتاب میں درج ہے۔ جسے صرف پاک باز (فرشتے/باوضو لوگ) ہی چھوتے ہیں۔ یہ تمام جہانوں کے رب کی طرف سے نازل کردہ ہے۔ پس اگر وہ (فوت ہونے والا) مقربین میں سے ہو۔ تو اس کے لیے راحت ہے اور خوشبودار رزق اور نعمتوں والا باغ ہے۔ اور اگر وہ دائیں ہاتھ والوں میں سے ہو۔ تو (کہا جائے گا) تجھ پر سلام ہو دائیں ہاتھ والوں کی طرف سے۔ اور اگر وہ جھٹلانے والے گمراہوں میں سے ہو۔ تو کھولتے ہوئے پانی کی ضیافت ہے۔ اور دوزخ میں داخل کیا جانا ہے۔ بے شک یہ بالکل یقینی سچائی (حق الیقین) ہے۔ سو آپ اپنے عظمت والے رب کے نام کی تسبیح کیجئے۔
English Meaning: Then I swear by the setting of the stars, and indeed, it is an oath—if you could know—[most] great. Indeed, it is a noble Qur'an in a Register well-protected; none touch it except the purified. [It is] a revelation from the Lord of the worlds. Then if the dying person is of those brought near [to Allah], then [for him is] rest and bounty and a garden of pleasure. And if he is of the companions of the right, then, "Peace for you; [you are] from the companions of the right." But if he is of the deniers [who were] astray, then [for him is] accommodation of scalding water and burning in Hellfire. Indeed, this is the true certainty, so exalt the name of your Lord, the Most Great.
